With a typical duration of between 4 and 12 weeks (depending on requirements, stage of current strategy formulation and other timescales), our consultant will spend time at your premises and with key personnel to understand your corporate objectives, identify the “pain points”, evaluate past performance and current capability as well as analyse the challenges and opportunities ahead. A detailed strategic growth and marketing plan will then be compiled and presented to the Board and key management personnel to ensure understand the plan and is pulling in the same (right) direction.
