Our consultants have all worked in business for many years before embarking on a training and consultancy career. They will also spend as much time as necessary with you to discuss your requirements and ensure that the course content is relevant, useful and fun. A bespoke programme addressing specific issues within your industry sector and is explicit to your organisation will also be included. Course delivery takes place either at your premises or at easy to commute locations across the UK (both for private and public courses) with small groups of up to 10 delegates. A typical course takes place Mon-Fri (9.30am to 4.30pm) with lunch and refreshments provided. Finally, feedback questionnaires will be handed out at the end of each course and each delegate will receive a certificate for the course they attended.
